John and Deb Do Zihua
We have been back from Ixtapa/Zihuatanejo for a week now… This was a great vacation. We had one goal for this trip and that was to do nothing. Normally we try to cram too much into a trip – then we get home, everything was a blur and we need to recover from our vacation. Ixtapa was totally different! Nothing but days on the beach and amazing dinners at night. Fresh seafood every day! The Exchange rate is really good for us Americans too. Even for the nicer places, we basically get a 30% discount because of how much the Peso has dropped recently. The rooms at Las Brisas Hotel are excellent and include your own private balcony with a hammock. Both of us took turns in that hammock reading and napping. Truly Relaxing!

Interesting pictures. How big is the crocidile? Pelican in a dive is great.
Is there a next ability with the pictures?
Thanks for checking out the new website! The Crocs are pretty big actually and they are wild – this isn’t a tourist attraction, it’s a lagoon just inland from the ocean. There are a whole bunch of crocodiles living there. There are also signs saying not to the feed the crocodilos and not to swim (no duh Mr Darwin).
Regarding a “next” function for the photos, Yeah, That would be good. Let me see what I can do…..
Beutiful Pics. GOD I wish you would have been here for my wedding. The pictues that I got back were a big pile of CRAP! Looks like a really nice country, city, Town? that I would like to go visit with my husband. Where is Zimbobway anyway? Oh I mean Zihuah?
Zihuatanejo is the city next door to Ixtapa in Mexico. It was reallllllllyyyyy RELAXING!
Thanks John. That was a thoughtful father’s day surprise. I’m forwarding it to John Rouble whose father also quoted Robert Service.
